Terms and Conditions:

Delivery is free of charge to anywhere in the UK.  Every endeavor is made by our company to ensure the product will arrive to you in good condition.  If there is any special delivery instructions please notify us by e-mail when you place your order.  Please ensure that adequate facilities are in place when the delivery happens so the delivery can be carried out quickly and safely.  Orders will be driven to their destination and it is the responsibility of the driver to place it at floor level only.  If there is any problem delivering the order due to the customers fault then a redelivery will be charged.  Deliveries will be made within 24 hours of an order being placed. 
We reserve the right not to process an order if we suspect fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If this happens we will refund any payment to you.  We also reserve the right not to process an order where payment has not been received.  Our assurance is that we will amend any problems with the product that you make us aware of.  If there is a shortage of goods or a non-delivery this shall be fixed as soon as possible or refund in full given.  If product is defective upon delivery we shall either replace or repair the product, or refund your money in full as long as you contact us within 24 hours of delivery.  We are not liable to compensate you for any indirect consequences of these difficulties such as loss of profit, administrative difficulties or discontentment.  This does not affect your consumer statutory rights and will not eliminate our liability to you in the case of fraudulent misrepresentation or personal injury as a result of our negligence.  Product liability lies solely with the manufacturer, EC or UK importer and not with Bcoool.  We do not refund if the product delivered was what was ordered and there is no damage to the product.  Money will be debited from your account 1 working day after making an order. 
We aim to make the photos and information on our website as accurate as possible but will not be liable to compensate you for any inconveniences that arise as a result of inaccurate information. 

Validity

Bcoool reserves the right to amend there terms and condition from time to time and the customer is bound by them once and order has been accepted by Bcoool and payment received.  If obvious mistakes appear on the Website then we reserve the right to reject any order.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are given in £ Sterling (GBP).  All payments are made through our secured online payment server and we accept all card payments including Mastercard, Visa, Electron and Switch/Maestro/Solo.  Orders will be subject to availability.  In the improbable event that an order is not available we shall make you aware of this by e-mail before the delivery date.  Delivery of product constitutes fulfillment of the contract.  Pricing and availability can be changed without warning.  Our assurance is that if the product delivered is not what was ordered or is the incorrect quantity then Bcool will refund or exchange the product as long as we are contacted within 24 hours.  All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.  If your order is not received by the specific delivery date then please notify us by telephone or e-mail.

Intellectual Property

All information contained on our website is the property of Bcool Customers.  Any unauthorized use of the information such as manufacture, holding, adjustment, sharing, or replication without Bcool Customers prior consent is prohibited.  The names and logos of Bcool are the trade names, service marks or trade marks of Bcool and should not be used without our prior consent.

Disclaimer

The customer is responsible for all transactions made by their credit card and the prevention of fraudulent use of it.  The customer has to make the effort to report any damage(s) to the product at time of delivery either by not accepting the product or putting a note on the delivery form.  Any other damaged must be notified to us within 24 hours.  The customer is responsible for following the manufacturers’ instructions and Bcool will not be liable for any improper use of the product that is not in adherence with our or the manufacturers instruction.  The customer is responsible for following any safety instructions when transferring or utilizing electrical equipment and Bcool will not be liable for any unsafe use of equipment that is not in adherence with our or the manufacturers instruction.  It is recommended that mechanical and electrical equipment should be kept away children.  The customer is responsible for notifying us straight away if the product is either not what was ordered or is in the wrong quantity.  Again, either do not accept the product or make a note on the delivery form.

The information we collect will be used for the purpose of processing an order on the Bcoool Website.  It will also be used for advertising new deals to you or notifying you of changes to our Website but information will not be shared with other companies.  We do not implore “cookies” to monitor the frequency or length that customers browse our site.  E-mail is not recognized as a secure medium of communication and for this reason we do not recommend that you send personal information via this method.
